🗯️ The Problem Businesses can’t live without data because data helps control and improve marketing. But every day, the amount of data grows, and time decreases. Companies understand what makes decisions based on data better than intuition but lack time and knowledge of how to work with information correctly and efficiently.

1. The process is divided into short cycles - sprints.
2. Each sprint involves completing a specific set of tasks and completing a portion of the product's functionality.
3. At the end of each sprint, there is a review of the results and planning of the next sprint, which allows you to adapt the development strategy to new requirements and take into account feedback from users.
