🗯️ The Problem Thanks to the platform, residents of apartment buildings can easily communicate with their property managers and neighbors, and resolve housing and utility issues online — all without long queues or endless phone calls.

🎯 Goals & Business value

DJEK is a combination of several important elements. It’s a useful mobile app for residents of apartment buildings, available for free on the App Store and Google Play. On the other hand, homeowners associations (HOAs) and property managers can register on the online platform and access a CRM system that allows them to efficiently manage apartment buildings — from generating utility bills to communicating with co-owners and conducting votes.

Moreover, DJEK can also be used by residents of cottage communities for internal communication, as well as by local governments to bring real transparency to the housing and utility sector of their city.

Plan

  1. The process is divided into short cycles - sprints.
  2. Each sprint involves completing a specific set of tasks and completing a portion of the product's functionality.
  3. At the end of each sprint, there is a review of the results and planning of the next sprint, which allows you to adapt the development strategy to new requirements and take into account feedback from users.
